Exploration

Our company is actively engaged in exploration programs targeting base metals and rare earth elements (REEs). The activities include integrated geological mapping, geochemical sampling, and geophysical surveys (magnetic, radiometric, and electromagnetic methods) to delineate mineralized zones and favorable lithologies. Advanced techniques such as 3D modeling, resource estimation, and mineral economics evaluations are also applied to assess the economic potential of discoveries.

These efforts aim to identify new prospects, evaluate their resource potential, and advance projects from reconnaissance to development stages. The combined expertise of our exploration geologists, geophysicists, and mineral economists ensures a comprehensive approach to discovering and developing critical mineral resources needed for industrial growth and energy transition.

Mining

Mining is the process of extracting valuable minerals from the earth, using methods like open-pit or underground mining based on the deposit’s location. Operations involve detailed planning, heavy machinery, and a strong focus on safety and sustainability. Digital tools and automation enhance efficiency, while teams of skilled professionals ensure smooth functioning. Mines support local communities through jobs and infrastructure, while adhering to environmental regulations. Planning includes land restoration, making mining vital to powering industries and everyday life.

Mineral Testing

Mineral testing is crucial in mining, providing detailed analysis of rock samples to determine mineral type, grade, and concentration. Techniques like XRF, fire assay, and atomic absorption help assess value, impurities, and processing behavior. Accurate results guide mine planning, equipment selection, and safety measures. Testing is done through both in-house and third-party labs for precision and compliance. It ensures quality control and supports real-time decisions, making it the scientific foundation of the mining process.

Established in 2024, the MEDO Works Section delivers high-quality infrastructure solutions for the mineral sector, aligned with international standards. Led by Project Director with Professional team it oversees the planning, execution, and maintenance of essential assets including roads, buildings, drainage systems, and utilities ensuring safety, durability, and operational efficiency. Sustainability is embedded from the start, with eco-friendly materials, low-impact construction, and designs built for long-term resilience. MEDO partners with international and domestic mining entities, developing support infrastructure across diverse exploration sites. We further strengthen our impact by empowering local economies through the employment of over 200 local workers and the hiring of more than 40 vehicles from surrounding areas. Investments in human resources, equipment, and royalties. At MEDO, CSR is embedded into every project, reflecting our belief in sustainable development and a more inclusive future for Pakistan.
